About IACC Fellowship
The Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches was established and organized in February 2024, under the visionary leadership of our Presiding Bishop, Dorell D. McCroery Sr.
Comprised of nine churches across Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, and Ohio, the Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. However, our reach and spiritual covering are not limited by geographical boundaries—Covenant is a movement that transcends regions.
As an independent fellowship, the Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches unites covenant pastors and churches to foster connection, accountability, empowerment, fellowship, spiritual covering, and inspiration. Our mission is to support pastors, churches, para-church ministries, and leaders in ways that lead to soul-saving, ministry growth and development, and the strengthening of leaders and workers.
Our doctrinal beliefs and faith are solely rooted in the Bible, ensuring that our foundation remains biblically sound and unwavering.
We offer numerous opportunities for mentorship, spiritual covering, connection, growth, and support—designed to equip and empower those we serve.
Ultimately, the Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches exists not to be served, but to serve others.
Our Mission Statement
The mission of Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is to foster meaningful relationships and fellowship while addressing the spiritual needs of Senior Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and their local churches and ministries. We offer apostolic covering, leadership support, accountability, mentorship, training, and empowerment. Our goal is to train, equip, and encourage the growth of the Body of Christ.
Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is not a denomination and does not impose legal obligations on its members. Instead of diminishing the unique identity of individual congregations, we strive to support, affirm, and enhance their purpose and vision.
Our Vision Statement
The vision of Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is to provide a platform where pastors and ministry leaders can unite for impact, empowerment, and development. The goal is to strengthen these leaders in their diverse gifts and talents, aligning them in the sole purpose of fulfilling God's will and building His Kingdom.
