Pastor Calandria Marie McCroery hails from Dublin, Georgia, born to Christopher Oliver and Cynthia Thomas. She is passionately committed to her faith and community.

She is married to Bishop Dorell D. McCroery Sr., the Senior Pastor of Impact Covenant Church of Atlanta. Their marriage, which began on November 19, 2010, spans nearly 16 years and is blessed with five children: Demetrius, Crystalynn, Dorell Jr., Chloe’ (deceased), and Cortnie’. She is also a proud grandmother to Kay'lani.

Pastor McCroery received her license to preach in November 2010 and was ordained as an Evangelist. She was later elevated to the role of Co-Pastor in October 2012, serving alongside her husband in ministry.

On July 22, 2022, during the International Holy Covocation of the United Churches of God in Christ, she was appointed Jurisdictional Supervisor of the Florida Southeast Jurisdiction by Chief Apostle and Presiding Bishop Aaron B. Lackey, Sr., as well as International Supervisor of Women, under Mother Bernetta Kelly.

In May 2023, Co-Pastor McCroery co-founded the Impact Leadership Christian Academy, a K-12 private Christian school serving students in the metro Atlanta area. She currently serves on the school's administrative team as the Dean of Discipline and Parent Liaison.

Beyond her pastoral responsibilities, Pastor McCroery oversees the resident pastoral staff and leads the Women’s Department at Impact Church. She also partners with her husband in preaching, teaching, Bible and book studies, marriage counseling, and various other ministry areas.
