Membership Assessments & Financial Expectations

As a member of the Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches (IACC), you are required to pay a monthly membership assessment. This assessment must be remitted before the 15th of each month.

The monthly assessments for individual members are based on their clerical rank and IACC leadership position.

For IACC covenant churches, the annual assessments are determined by the current size of the congregation, as reflected in their membership profile.

The full assessment structure is outlined below.

INDIVIDUAL LEADERSHIP TIER ASSESSMENTS

The monthly assessment automatically enrolls leaders in the IACC's monthly newsletter and provides them access to the digital monthly financial statement. Furthermore, leaders who are current on their monthly assessments and have no missed payments receive a quarterly gift from the Presiding Bishop.

ALLOCATION BREAKDOWN

The Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches are committed to transparency and integrity. To uphold these values, the Presiding Bishop and IACC Leadership believe it is important to provide constituents with detailed reporting on the allocation of the monthly and annual offerings, assessments, and all other financial contributions. Below outlines the distinction and determination of how those contributed funds are allocated by IACC.

30% of the allocation will cover the operating and budgetary expenses for the IACC's annual worldwide functions, such as the PAL Conference, Auxiliary Summit, and Holy Convocation. This funding will also support other IACC worldwide events and functions as needed and as available funds allow.

20% will be allocated to the Pastoral Care Fund (PCF), which was established to assist pastors who experience catastrophic losses that disrupt their ministerial operations. This includes losses from natural disasters, fires, floods, health issues, or the loss of bi-vocational income due to major life changes.

20% of funds are allocated to the Official Expense Fund (OEF), which covers accommodations for the Presiding Bishop, upper prelature, and any other leaders traveling on behalf of the IACC for official business.

10% of funds will be allocated to the IACC Grief Relief and Bereavement Fund (GRABF). This fund will be used to purchase plants, condolence cards, and prepare official IACC resolutions when IACC leaders or their immediate family members pass away. Additionally, the fund will provide financial assistance if IACC leaders or their immediate family members lack the resources to cover necessary final expenses.

10% of the budget is allocated for IACC's promotional and branding products, as well as all informational literature.

5% budget allocation covers the maintenance of IACC's administrative operational platforms, including video conferencing (Zoom), electronic signatures (DocuSign), live streaming, and conference registration systems.

5% budget allocation covers Miscellaneous Operating Expense Fund.
