ALL ABOUT the IMPACT ASSEMBLIES
(Who We Are)
The Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches was established and organized in February 2024 through the vision of Bishop Dorell D. McCroery Sr. This independent fellowship of churches consists of 16 congregations across Maryland, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, New Jersey, South Carolina, and Texas. While the national headquarters is based in Atlanta, Georgia, the organization is not limited to this geographical region, as its spiritual covering and influence extend beyond.
The Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is a community of covenant pastors and churches united to provide connection, accountability, empowerment, fellowship, covering, and inspiration. This results in the saving of souls, ministry growth and development, and the strengthening of leaders and workers. The doctrinal beliefs and faith of the Impact Assemblies are firmly rooted in the Bible.
The organization offers multiple opportunities for leveraging, mentorship, covering, connection, growth, and support. Importantly, the Impact Assemblies exist not to be served, but to serve others.
THE IACC ASSIGNMENT
(Our Mission Statement)
A Distinct Identity
The mission of Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is dedicated to establishing meaningful relationships, fellowship, and meeting the spiritual needs of Senior Pastors, Ministry Leaders, their local churches, and ministries. We provide apostolic covering, leadership, accountability, mentorship, training, and empowerment. Additionally, we aim to train, equip, and encourage the edification of the Body of Christ.
The Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is not a denomination, nor does it legally bind its members. We do not seek to diminish the unique existence of member congregations, but rather to augment, affirm, and enhance their purpose and vision.
THE MANDATE & MOTIVATION
(Our Vision Statement)
A Distinct Initiative
The vision of Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches is to provide a platform where pastors and ministry leaders can unite for impact, empowerment, and development. The goal is to strengthen these leaders in their diverse gifts and talents, aligning them in the sole purpose of fulfilling God's will and building His Kingdom.
IACC DENOMINATIONAL AFFILIATION STATEMENT
Impact Assemblies of Covenant Churches (IACC) is not a denominational reformation or religious sect. Rather, it is a distinct fellowship that embraces all ministries, churches, individuals, and other constituents who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
The IACC is inclusive of all baptized believers who acknowledge the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the five-fold ministry of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. It is in fellowship with all who agree to abide by its vision, mission, and policies.
While the IACC respects the autonomy of individual churches, it expects member churches to readily claim, acknowledge, and announce their association with the fellowship. Members are not required to alter their ministry identities or names, but should affirm their IACC membership.
