Fellowship: Opportunities for members to connect, including periodic conference calls, state assemblies, the PAL Conference, Aux Summit, Holy Convocation, and networking with like-minded pastors. Additionally, the fellowship provides a forum for mutual encouragement and exhortation.

Encouragement: Opportunities to connect with and encourage one another, drawing strength from these interactions. As the day approaches, let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Guidance: Seek godly counsel from the spiritual expertise of the presidium council. As Proverbs 11:14 states, "Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety."

Christian Education: Provides opportunities for ongoing theological and pastoral training to empower believers.

Church Development Program: Offers training and education in a variety of essential areas, including church administration, accounting, computer skills, leadership development, church marketing, and strategies for kingdom expansion. 

Economic Development Program: Offers IACC members opportunities to collaborate on community revitalization, create economic growth, receive training in community development through global and local outreach, secure faith-based grants for their churches, and achieve financial independence. 

Church Structure Development: Churches have several options for strengthening their organizational structure, including pursuing 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, establishing a Community Development Corporation (CDC), launching a capital campaign, and developing a strategic ministry plan.

Pastoral Development: Pastors have access to valuable Pastoral Development opportunities, including one-on-one mentorship, assistance with financial retirement planning, pastoral insurance programs, and networking to expand their ministries.
