About
Currently located in southwest Atlanta, Georgia, Impact Covenant Church of Atlanta was founded by Bishop Dorell D. McCroery Sr. Our mission is to impact the world and empower the lost through the love of Christ.
Impact is a proud member of the United Churches of God in Christ, Inc. (UCOGIC), whose headquarters is based in Fairburn, Georgia. We are honored to operate under the leadership of our Chief Apostle and Presiding Bishop, Aaron B. Lackey Sr.
The journey began in 2009 when Elder Dorell McCroery was serving as Youth Pastor at the Fresh Anointing Prophetic Ministries in Stone Mountain, Georgia, under the leadership of Apostle T. L. Releford. After more than two years of dedicated service, the Lord led Elder McCroery to establish a new church. Following months of prayer, fasting, and planning, True Life Deliverance Prophetic Ministries was born. The first service was held on Sunday, May 28th,, 2010, in the living room of his grandmother, Mother Marie Robbins.
In 2025, the church was officially renamed Impact CovenantChurch of Atlanta, Inc., reflecting its renewed vision and purpose under the leadership of our founder.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Bishop McCroery has faithfully led Impact Covenant Church for over 15 years, delivering powerful messages and providing inspiring leadership from the very beginning. He has organized numerous revivals, services, and conferences that have fostered spiritual growth among our members. There is truly nothing like the Impact Experience!
Mission
Our mission is to create a lasting impact by establishing innovative ministries—radio and television outreach, community-centered programs, educational and employment opportunities, and safe environments for our youth. Together, we will expand our reach with new campuses, ignite hope, and cultivate disciples who are empowered to transform their communities for God's glory.
